Consulting and Design and Innovation company: from “saying” to “doing”

Iteration: when your customers help you save time

1 – Immersion with your customers
At Supper, we think up solutions according to the real aspirations and irritants of our clients’ customers. For instance, we immerse with them from the beginning of the process.
This is the first phase of “design thinking”, conducted with our ethnologists.
An essential prerequisite for the success of “doing design”.

2 – Joint creation with your teams
Subsequently, the ideation phase lets us conceive concrete and innovative solutions to seize identified opportunities.
Our intervention could stop there. With an impressive list of concepts.
But the risk is well-known: Powerpoint presentations are graveyards for grand ideas.

3 – Experimenting with your customers
We therefore make contact with our clients’ customers. Prototyping, support testing, usability testing… Through this iterative process we can very quickly discard ideas that do not win over their audience. We do this quickly, to reduce wasted energy, time and money as much as possible. And we fine-tune the endorsed ideas. We work on them until they are fully optimized and ready to undergo an industrial process.

This iterative, cooperative and pragmatic approach lets us accelerate release to the market, while at the same time mitigating the risks as much as possible.
